Annual Denise Hicklin Awards Ceremony
At the end of the program year, more than 500 family members, friends, donors, staff, volunteers and community advocates join together to celebrate the accomplishments of our students, teachers, tutors and coaches at our Annual Denise Hicklin Awards Ceremony. At the event, the students deliver speeches, receive awards and recognition, and reflect upon their achievements the past program year.
We are so proud that in 2016, in the spirit of sisterhood, our younger students decided to forgo receiving their participation trophies, and instead dedicated that money toward creating an additional Students-For-Students Scholarship that was presented to our high school seniors. Way to go Girls!
